PowerHouse Women is excited to be launching a new partnership group for women who are interested in exploring real estate investments in Portugal. The PortuGirls (get it?!) group will bring ladies together virtually from across the US and Portugal to learn together, build relationships, and identify strong investment opportunities to buy individually or in partnership!
This program will be a 10 week collaboration hosted through weekly Zoom calls and also with the option to visit Portugal for real estate tours with PowerHouse Women founder Marielle Walter and her network of agents and investors. This group will help women to expand their knowledge of the Portuguese real estate market, build their network and team in Portugal, meet other likeminded women, develop partnerships, and learn the nitty gritty process of getting financing and closing on a Portuguese investment property.
