FOR WOMEN
This program supports women who are seeking financial freedom through real estate investing, and particularly through the fast-track approach of multifamily investing. This initiative offers 8 weeks of multifamily education and partnership development where women are provided a 101 on multifamily deal sourcing and structure, along with partnership development sessions and hands-on deal analysis.
Our unique Multifamily AccelerateHER program equips women with the knowledge, tools and strategies they need to find winning multifamily deals and secure the partners and financing necessary to bring those deals to the finish line. The ultimate goals is to launch women into a whole new world of real estate investing and wealth building together!
*Calls will be held once a week around lunch hour ET, beginning in February 2024. All calls will be recorded.

Education & Strategy Sessions
Learn the essential pillars of finding winning deals and structuring them for success, including market analysis, deal sourcing, deal analysis, and deal structure. This combination will help you find deals and present them to partners to get a winning team in place and get your deal to the finish line!
Action Taking Working Sessions
Practice what you have learned in working sessions and bringing active deals to get concrete feedback and support structuring your deal and presenting it to potential partners/investors. This is where your words become actions and your dreams become reality!
Partnership Development
Network and develop relationships with other multifamily investors as well as gain visibility in the PowerHouse Women community. Bring your deals directly to Marielle Walter to potentially partner with PowerHouse Women, or partner with other women in the accelerator group, the PowerHouse community, or your own community!
Tools, Resources & Accountability
Get access to our book club as well as essential resources including multifamily underwriting tools, investor pitch presentations, and the support of a group of women who are dedicated to elevating themselves and those around them through multifamily real estate investing!
