Lupei Chou is an active duty Naval Officer and a real estate investor. She has over 19 years of military and government experience and is currently serving as the Senior Procurement Analyst for the Navy in Washington DC. As a real estate investor, she has done successful projects using the BRRRR (buy, rehab, rent, refinance) method. She currently holds a portfolio of 24 doors mix of commercial and residential properties and is working diligently to grow her portfolio through multifamily investing. Her investment focus is cash flow, maximizing tax benefits and long-term wealth building. She is passionate about helping people to achieve financial freedom through real estate.

Marco Barbaro

In 1996, Marco graduated from Fairfield University and turned down a job with GE Capital to go into the restaurant business with his brother Gino. At the age of 23, he bought his first multifamily property, a 4-family, in New York. In 2013, he began investing with his brother & Jake in Knoxville Tennessee, where they purchased their first twenty-five unit deal. Since then, he has partnered with Jake & Gino on over 1300 units, and has witnessed and participated in the growth of the company. Marco exited the rat race on August 1st 2019, and joined the Jake & Gino team full time to help coach students and raise capital for Rand Partners. Marco excels in networking, building teams and putting people in place to succeed. He is a husband and the father of 3 beautiful girls. His family and multifamily are his two main focuses in life.

Cyndee is the President and Co-Majority Owner of Outlaws Capital Partners, LLC. They have 80 units in Vicksburg, MS, and are looking to close new deals in the Midwest and Southeast. Cyndee Harding is a former owner of her own accounting and tax preparation practice, specializing in small business consultation. Cyndee’s has over 25 years expertise in understanding profit and loss, asset retention and management as well as compliance with state and federal tax regulations. Cyndee has owned several successful small businesses giving her expertise in business operation, profit maximization, B2B relationships, marketing, and advertising as well as a deep understanding of e-commerce. Cyndee is recognized by Lifestyles magazine as an Influencer of Glendale’s Women Entrepreneurs. Cyndee is an expert in personal safety and situational awareness. Her passion is to educate women, men, seniors and children through her Stay SAFE Programs (Situational Awareness For Everyone). Cyndee is the Author of Becoming a SAFE Woman, Featured in From Resilience to Brilliance. Cyndee currently resides in Glendale, Arizona with her husband of 37 years, Lynn. Cyndee and Lynn have two sons.

Rachael Wick

Rachael Wick is based in Minnesota where she partners with her husband on real estate investments. The couple has a combined total of 54 years experience in education and real estate acquisitions which began in 2003. Their real estate investment properties have included multifamily and single family homes. The couple has used a variety of creative financing methods to acquire properties, contracted renovation skills, and has first hand experience with property and tenant management. Since exiting education, Ken and Rachael’s top priority is to acquire large multifamily properties through syndication which have above average returns for our investors. A critical goal of the Wick’s investment strategy involves implementing social impact strategies to create uplifting communities. Ken and Rachael partner with World Vision through their budding initiative, called the Doors2Donate Program. The initiative’s goal is to sponsor one child per door for every door they own. Rachael has a Master’s of Educational Technology degree and a desire to help others learn.

Sandhya Seshadri has invested as a Limited Partner, Key Principal or General Partner in 3000+ doors totaling $200M in assets throughout the United States.
Sandhya has been a leader in the equities markets for over 20 years, and had moved into commercial real estate due to the tax advantages and the ability to uniquely “force appreciate” each asset. It’s become her mission to help other people capitalize on all of the benefits of real estate investing.
She has shared her inspiring story, knowledge and investment criteria on multiple real estate investing events and podcasts. 
Sandhya has lived in Dallas-Fort Worth for over 30 years and this is her primary market for investments. Sandhya has a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering as well as an MBA.

Camilla Jeffs is the Founder & CEO of Steady Stream Investments, a company focused on teaching the first-time passive investor how to create passive income and live life on their own terms. Prior to multifamily investing, Camilla invested in residential real estate for 15 years and did everything from sales, rehabs, to property management. She is a triathlete, advocate for women business owners, and mother to five amazing children.

Erin Hudson

Dr. Erin Hodson is a Chiropractor turned real estate investor. In 2009, Erin opened her first wellness center and over the course of a decade, her business flourished and grew to multiple practices. In March of 2020, she sold her business so that she could focus her efforts in the place where her passion lives. When getting started in real estate, Erin and her husband, Drew, acquired 26 rental properties. Mid way through their portfolio expansion, they created a turnkey company with Hudson Investments. They were able to help friends and family purchase investment properties though they never in their wildest dreams thought it could be possible. Within three years they had transacted over 230 acquisitions and dispositions. Since shifting into multifamily, Erin has been the managing partner of 4 deals totaling 168 units over the past two years.
